Dinosaur Sensory Play:
This was a easy and quick sensory tub to do with the kids. It had lots of different textures and smells for the kids to interact with, including:
Coco Pops, Couscous, Uncooked Pasta, Fresh Herbs and Rice
We added popsicle sticks as an afterthought, but it add another element to their play “Feeding the baby dinosaurs!”

- Foam Dough (Shaving cream/corn starch)
- Silky Soft Play Dough (Hair Conditioner/corn starch)
- Edible Peanut Butter Play Dough (Peanut Butter/powdered milk)
- Cake Mix Dough (Cake mix)
- Modeling Clay (Baking soda/corn starch)
- Baking Clay (Flour/salt)
- Glitter Play Dough (Flour/glitter)

DIY Miniature Kids Kitchen Play Set Tutorial from Made By Joel here. Really practical because everything just fits into the oventop/Altoids Tin when the kids are finished playing.
Made some word family cards for Nicholas. I didn’t think he’d like them as much as he does. The Powerpuff Girls is on and he is not even watching.
I probably should have color coded them. He’s got them all mixed up now, but that’s okay.

The Kindergoblin grabbed a HUGE pink bunny from the 1/2 price easter bins at walmart a while back. Elias said that if anyone dared to say a word about it - he would be happy to tell them exactly where they could go. <3 So much love to awesome dads!
